Become a Partner in American Sustainable Business Council
ASBC welcomes new partners on an ongoing basis.  Partnership is open to groups, associations, and networks representing businesses, social enterprise, and hybrid organizations. The requirements for joining the American Sustainable Business Council as a partner are:
  • The prospective partner represents primarily a business perspective and a business constituency
  • The prospective partner agrees with and pledges to support the ASBC principles and values a vibrant, sustainable, and just economy.
  • The organization pays dues based on the size of its budget

The primary work of ASBC is for the benefit of society as a whole. Partners play a unique and important role in the ongoing educational and advocacy work of the Council.  
  • Joining a large and growing national network of sustainable and socially responsible businesses and social enterprises
  • Participating in public policy campaigns that engage the partners’ members
  • Receiving briefings and other educational resources on key public policy issues
  • Visiting key policy makers in Washington D.C.
  • Communicating with national, regional, and local media about the priorities of sustainable and socially responsible businesses and social enterprises
  • Obtaining materials and resources to support engagement of members on policy issues.
  • Joining board-established working groups on specific policy issues and capacity-development efforts.
