ALEC Dropped by Six More Companies

Six companies dropped their ALEC memberships in recent weeks

An increasing number of companies are pulling their membership from the American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC), and in late August a prominent group of corporations, including General Electric (GE), Western Union, Sprint Nextel, Symantec, Reckitt Benckiser Group, and Entergy confirmed that they would no longer be part of the corporate lobbying organization known for its strong stance against regulations.
