Become a Spokesperson for Sustainability

We build the voices of business leaders, owners and executives to advocate for public policy changes that lead to the sustainable economy of the future.

Why Speak?

Each year we bring forward the voices of hundreds of business leaders to speak on sustainability issues. We organize congressional testimony, fly-ins, and media interviews. We place several hundred op-eds and columns every year. As a business owner or business leader with practical experience creating jobs and delivering prosperity to communities, your perspective is particularly powerful.

Sign Up to be an ASBC Spokesperson

ASBC seeks business owners and other business leaders who wish to get personally involved in speaking to the media and to policy makers. ASBC invites you to sign up to work with media and engage with public policy. The result is a stronger voice on public policy, and greater exposure and publicity for your business.

ASBC Spokesperson Training

To make sure that ASBC spokespeople are well equipped to speak on their policy issues, we conduct trainings before meeting with policy makers and the media. These trainings cover how to handle yourself for optimal effectiveness in media interviews, and how to fine-tune your message. These training sessions are delivered both live and via webinar, and they are free for ASBC members.

  • The recorded presentation for the March 2015 media training webinar is available to registered participants only.  To view the media training webinar, please contact us.
