ASBC Webinar - Crowdfunding is Law, Now What?

Please join ASBC and special guests on Friday, May 4 at 2:30 p.m. Eastern Time for a forward looking view of what the impacts of the new crowdfunding law will have on businesses and what the opportunities are.

Andy Green, counsel to Senator Jeff Merkley (who was the lead author of the law) will discuss the law and what regulations still need to be made at the SEC.

Jenny Kassan, Chief Executive of Cutting Edge Capital and an advocate for crowdfunding will discuss what the new law will mean to local living economies.

We will also have crowdfunding expert Mary Rick offer advice on campaign preparation and portal selection. She helped run an international crowdfunding portal, The Hoop Fund, and now serves as a crowdfunding consultant for small businesses and non-profits.
