Strategies for a New Economy Conference

The New Economics Institute is convening "Strategies for a New Economy" on June 8-10, 2012 at Bard College in Annandale-on-Hudson, New York.  Three-day conference  will include over 60 workshops, plenary gatherings, and participatory strategizing sessions organized in 10 theme areas. Keynote speakers include Tim Jackson, Gus Speth (ASBC Advisory Board), Gar Alperovitz (ASBC Advisory Board), Juliet Schor, Richard Norgaard, Lew Daly and Michelle Long; ASBC Co-founder and Director - Media and Communications David Brodwin will be among the presenters. 

Strategies for a New Economy will highlight best research and best practice under each theme and ultimately demonstrate that a decentralized, sustainable, cooperative economy is already taking shape.
