On June 28th the U.S. Supreme Court affirmed the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act, also called ObamaCare. By a 5-4 majority, the court supported the mandate that requires individuals to purchase coverage if not covered by an employer or other plan. Concerns remain about the expansion of Medicaid support. The court’s decision means lower costs for small business, and more accessible and affordable coverage for employees and others.
